Pick a day and time in the calendar on this page, give your name and e-mail, then go through to online card payment. The receipt and confirmation arrive by e-mail straight away; the door code comes an hour before your session.
Yes. Free of charge up to 12 hours before the start: the refund reaches your card within 5–10 working days. Between 12 and 2 hours before: one free move to another slot, without a refund. Less than 2 hours before, or a no-show: the slot is charged. These are the usual terms for private gyms in Paris — the slot is held for you and can no longer be offered to anyone else.
No. You pay for the slot you book — no membership, no deposit, no automatic renewals.
Yes, with the “Duo” (two) and “Trio” (three) options. You pick the option when booking: the price of the slot is shared between everyone who comes.
Arriving late is fine — the slot stays yours to the end. Leaving, though, has to happen before the next guest arrives: they have their own code and their own time. Put yourself in their place and it all works.
Sportswear, a clean pair of indoor trainers and a towel. Everything else is already there.
Wi-Fi, a speaker for your own music, drinking water, and a changing room with shower and toilet.

Yes. The gym is for adults only: booking and training from 18 years old.
Yes. During your slot the gym, changing room, shower and toilet are reserved for you. You never cross paths with other guests.
Every day, with a check between slots: surfaces disinfected, equipment put back, the room aired.
